By creating an account or using Tourvala, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Tourvala is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables tour operators and travel businesses ("Vendors") to create branded storefronts, publish trips, and manage bookings from customers ("Guests"). Tourvala acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to any booking transaction between a Vendor and a Guest.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Tourvala as a Vendor.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. False or misleading information may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
As a Vendor on Tourvala, you agree to:
Vendors may configure their bank account details to receive payments via bank transfer. Tourvala is not involved in or responsible for these transactions. Payment confirmation is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
Vendors may optionally connect Paystack to accept card payments. Paystack's own terms of service and fees apply. Tourvala does not process, hold, or manage Paystack transactions.
Tourvala may charge subscription or platform fees for access to certain features or plans. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you in advance. By continuing to use the platform after a fee is introduced or changed, you agree to the updated pricing.
Tourvala reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove any Vendor account or trip listing that violates these Terms, contains harmful content, or is flagged for fraudulent activity. We will endeavor to notify affected Vendors where possible.
Tourvala's platform, branding, code, and content are the intellectual property of Tourvala. You retain ownership of all content you upload (trip descriptions, images, etc.) and grant Tourvala a limited licence to display that content on the platform solely for the purpose of operating your storefront.
Tourvala provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourvala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, booking disputes, or data loss.
You may close your account at any time. Tourvala may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your storefront and associated data may be removed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tourvala after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify Vendors of material changes via email where possible.
